Do you have a handy kind of guy? This is a wonderful anniversary present. Can you imagine all the projects you will be doing over the years. The more it gets banged up and painted the more memories you will have to look back on! After 30 years you will see orange paint on it and think  back to when your son or daughter had to have an orange room!
